Haven’t used the connector in anger yet. Appears to be adequate quality. The dimensions were I believe as stated although a little tight for the poles I have. I used a dreamed to remove the internal ridges and the poles fitted snuggly but did go in.

this unit seem to be made cheeply without testing as it does not fit the roof tubes unlike the other fittings i received from your company

The measurements are as stated in the listing - we usually recommend that the internal socket diameter of the connector is 1mm larger than your pole outer diameter.
